The widespread adjustment of and acceptance to remote working during the Coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic has provided a unique opportunity for workplaces to embrace and integrate new ways of working that can better meet the needs of employees who are carers.

Carers + Employers program has released a second co-authored briefing: Working remotely can work for carers but multi-dimensional flexibility will even better meet their needs. How COVID-19 has created the opportunity for employers to mainstream flexible work options.
